Capital Markets Manager

Serving as the operational quarterback for institutional capital partners, the full-time remote Capital Markets Manager will coordinate investor communications, manage reporting, and analyze partner performance while ensuring operational excellence across the capital markets platform. Key responsibilities Coordinate ongoing loan sales, pricing, and trade registration while managing investor reporting packages and performance updates Serve as the primary point of contact for institutional loan buyers, ensuring exceptional service and proactive communication Lead onboarding of new institutional investors and manage project plans for new investor launches across multiple departments Required qualifications 5-8+ years of experience in financial services, specialty finance, or lending, with exposure to warehouse lending or capital partner relationships Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage concurrent, cross-functional workstreams Strong working knowledge of lending operations, underwriting, servicing, or compliance High emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills, capable of handling difficult conversations professionally Experience with deliverable or SLA tracking tools, such as project management software
