The fundamentals of running a successful State Farm agency. RESPONSIBILITIES Develop leads and create opportunities for new business. Schedule and conduct customer appointments. Identify customer needs through a needs-based review process. Educate customers on insurance products and coverage options. Market appropriate Property & Casualty, Life, Health, and financial products. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Work with the agent to establish and achieve sales and marketing goals. Participate in networking, community outreach, and agency growth activities. Maintain accurate customer records and follow-up activity. Support day-to-day agency operations and learn office logistics. Take initiative to develop the skills necessary to grow into greater responsibility. Work closely with the agent to gain firsthand experience in sales, leadership, and agency management.
