The nurse will be responsible for patient monitoring and management. The role requires working nights with a patient ratio of 3:1. Every other weekend and every other holiday shifts are expected. BLS and ACLS certifications are required for this position. Candidates must adhere to the float policy as needed. Experience in navigating the Epic charting system is mandatory. The position includes managing various patient care tasks and procedures. Skills in accessing and managing ports, arterial lines, and administering blood products are essential. The candidate should have experience in cardiac telemetry and managing dysrhythmias. The nurse will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support patient care. All required certifications and experience qualifications must be met.
