Job Overview Real Estate Recruiter (Talent Acquisition Specialist) – Jacksonville, FL. Compensation: $55,000 Base Salary + performance bonuses (target earnings $100,000+ annually). United Real Estate Gallery is a locally owned brokerage backed by one of the nation's fastest-growing real‑estate companies. We empower agents with a leading compensation model, technology, systems, training, and support to build thriving businesses. We are looking for a relationship‑driven recruiter to grow the brokerage by recruiting experienced, producing agents who are ready to elevate their business. Responsibilities Recruit experienced, licensed real estate agents from other brokerages. Build and maintain a consistent recruiting pipeline through networking, referrals, phone outreach, and follow‑up. Meet with prospective agents to understand their business goals and present the value of joining United Real Estate Gallery. Guide agents through the recruiting and onboarding process. Partner with brokerage leadership to achieve recruiting goals. Track recruiting activity and onboarding progress. Qualifications Minimum of two years of recruiting, sales, business development, or talent acquisition experience; real‑estate industry experience preferred. Strong relationship‑building and communication skills. Confident in making outbound calls and developing new business relationships. Self‑motivated, organized, and goal‑oriented. Ability to build trust, overcome objections, and close opportunities. Benefits $55,000 annual base salary. Performance bonuses with target earnings exceeding $100,000 annually.
