The Territory Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, building customer support and managing sales operations within the designated territory. This role will support the San Diego, CA territory. We are looking for people passionate about innovative, disruptive technology to join our team.Responsibilities:Plans, directs and coordinates activities to drive support of product use within a designated geography or list of accountsCoordinates training activities for all accounts within the designated geographyCollaborates effectively with Clinical Account Managers (CAMs) within each regionProvides onsite technical support during procedures to ensure accurate product usageParticipates in negotiations with key accountsForecasts sales, monitors the economic and legislative environment for changes that may impact growthHas responsibility for some service activitiesCollaborates cross functionally with all team members to strengthen the culture and enhance customer relationshipsMonitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, existing and new products & sales strategiesRecommends changes in products, services, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developmentsTravel > 60%Ability to take hospital call, as needed, for new account launches and emergent case supportMaintains professional and technical knowledge by engaging in on-the-job training, attending educational workshops, tradeshows, reviewing professional publications, and establishing personal networks and by participating in professional societiesSkills for success:Must be located in or near the geographical area listed above or relocating prior to hireResourceful, solution-oriented, critical thinker with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environmentKnowledge of Medical Device products, services, industry, customers, and competitionDemonstrated ability to execute the sales processProven Success in building strong and trusting relationships with customersInterpersonal skills reflecting a collaborative, resilient, and strong work ethicSelf-starter with a competitive drive and passion for high performanceRequired Education:Bachelor's Degree requiredRequired Experience:3+ years of medical device sales experience working in a hospital surgical setting (Neurovascular, OR, Cathlab, etc.)Benefits & Perks:Comprehensive healthcare benefits are effective day one!
