Wisconsin Community Services is seeking a Treatment Foster Care professional to support children and youth with complex behavioral and emotional needs in community-based foster homes. In this mission-driven, trauma-informed role, you will coordinate individualized treatment plans, coach and support foster parents, conduct home visits and assessments, and collaborate with schools, courts, and service providers. You’ll maintain detailed documentation, respond to crises, and advocate for youth and families while working on a diverse, equity-focused multidisciplinary team.
