Maintenance Manager

Manage a team of talented maintenance technicians. Be the point person for building vendors and ensure adherence to safety standards. Leverage your expertise in mechanical systems, PLCs, and CMMS to diagnose and solve problems. Champion continuous improvement through strategic budgeting and data analysis. We’re Looking For Someone With 5+ years' experience as a maintenance manager in manufacturing or warehousing. A Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field. Strong mechanical skills and knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and PLCs. Experience with CNC machines—lathes and mills. Experience using a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS). Experience leading and motivating a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A passion for problem-solving and a commitment to continuous improvement.
