Quality Inspector Team Lead -Immediate Start!
Leadership Experience Necessary. Must be reliable and show up to work when scheduled. Some travel to customer sites during shift may be required.
Full Time: 7:00 am to 3:30 pm M-F
Do you have:
Ability to direct a team, with little supervision yourself
Motivate, Inspire, Train and Build up your employees
Have a keen eye for detail – work is repetitive so attention to detail is a must
Computer experience (MS Word, Excel)
Have normal color and depth perception (with or without corrective eyewear)
Like working with your hands and have excellent hand-dexterity
Can stand for an entire shift
Are able to lift up to 25 lbs
Possess basic math skills and can read, comprehend, and follow written work instructions
Have reliable transportation that gets you to work on time every day
Possess a positive attitude and strong work ethic
Can handle conflict and defuse tense situations calmly
Work well independently and with a team
Can pass a background check
