Job Overview Levi Strauss & Co. seeks a Supervisor to manage a store, support store associates, and drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. Location and Employment Type Location: Cerritos, CA, USA Employment Type: Full‑time and Part‑time Key Responsibilities Execute sales strategies and monitor performance to drive revenue growth. Coach, mentor, and support store associates to perform effectively. Manage daily store operations to ensure efficiency and maintain high standards. Ensure exceptional customer service and foster a welcoming shopping environment. Support the leadership team in achieving store and individual sales and performance goals. Comply with all Levi's store policies, procedures, and programs while following directives of store management. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to assist, coach, and support associates. Consistency in meeting or exceeding established store and individual sales and performance goals. Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs., move around, kneel, carry items, reach overhead, and climb ladders. Reliable transportation; must be 18 years or older. Compensation Pay range: $18.80–$31.30 per hour (or the higher of local, state, or federal minimum wage), varying with experience and qualifications. Bonus, incentive plans, and other compensation are at company discretion. Benefits Paid time off: 3 weeks first year, 4+ weeks thereafter for full‑time employees.
