Overview
Registered Nurse – Emergency Department (ER) travel assignment in Clinton, Illinois. This 4-week temporary position is in a Critical Access Hospital setting. Start date is 08/03/2026. The role offers 36 guaranteed hours per week with night shifts on a 3x12 schedule (12-hour shifts) and rotating weekends. Weekly pay ranges from $1,497 to $1,620.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct and indirect patient care in the Emergency Department
- Monitor patient status, administer medications, and perform treatments as ordered
- Evaluate outcomes and consult with ED physicians, specialists, and ancillary departments as required; adjust nursing care accordingly
- Communicate changes in patient condition, symptoms, and test results to the ED team and patient/family
- Support patient flow and safety, addressing psychosocial and general care needs
- Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response; document thoroughly and escalate as needed

Requirements
- Active Illinois Registered Nurse license
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
- ENPC, TNCC, and TNS certifications preferred
- Ability to work night shifts (3x12) with rotating weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced Emergency Department environment
