Paid Nursing Assistant Training

As an award‑winning care center, we will cover the cost of your Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training and pay you while you learn. CNAs play a vital role in helping residents maintain independence and quality of life through personal care and daily support. If you’re passionate about helping others and looking for a meaningful new path, this is an opportunity you don’t want to miss.

Through our partnership with Bismarck State College, you’ll complete your CNA coursework either online (self‑paced) or in person (Monday–Friday from 6:00pm to 10:00 pm) for approximately 3 weeks. After successfully completing the course and state certification, you’ll be offered a Nursing Assistant position right here at Baptist Health & Rehab—launching your career with a team that truly cares.

• Monthly Performance Bonus – Earn the equivalent of an extra $1.00/hour for excellent attendance and completing required education.
