They must be reliable and punctual, with the physical stamina to handle the demands of the job. Discretion and respect for privacy are essential, as well as strong organization skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Customer service skills are also important, as the housekeeper will be interacting with guests on a regular basis. A friendly demeanor, honesty, and integrity are key qualities for this role.
