This individual will perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks involving building systems, equipment, and common spaces, including basic plumbing, electrical work, HVAC troubleshooting, carpentry, drywall repair, and appliance servicing. They will respond to service requests, complete work orders within established timelines, and document completed maintenance activities. The technician will also conduct preventive maintenance inspections, identify potential issues before they become larger problems, and help ensure facilities remain compliant with safety and operational standards. Additional responsibilities include supporting facility upgrades, maintaining exterior grounds and shared spaces, participating in an on-call rotation for emergency situations, managing tools and maintenance inventory, and assisting with special projects or operational needs as required.
