About the Job All of Creation Pet Care is seeking a full-time or part-time front desk receptionist. Responsibilities:
- Checking animals in and out for doggie daycare and boarding.
- Using the cash register.
- Inputting client information and pet vaccinations into our computer system.
- Scheduling reservations.
- Answering the phone and corresponding with clients via email as needed.
- Light cleaning of our front desk and lobby area.
- Post updates and photos on our social media accounts.
- Outgoing, polite, and friendly personality.
- Can handle working in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient with email, phone/texting, cash register use, and social media platforms.
- Ability to learn quickly and retain information.
- Comfortable being around and handling animals of various sizes.
