One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning

One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning is growing and looking for an experienced Lead HVAC Installer to join our team. If you take pride in your work, enjoy leading install crews, and want consistent year-round work with a company that values its employees, we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

Lead residential HVAC system replacements and installations
Supervise and train installation helpers
Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
Troubleshoot installation issues in the field
Communicate professionally with homeowners and team members
Maintain clean, organized job sites, vehicles, and equipment

What We're Looking For

3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience
EPA Certification required
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage installations from start to finish
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
ServiceTitan experience is a plus
