Assistant Project Manager

STV is seeking an Assistant Project Manager, PM/CM group in Texas.

The Assistant Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, design, execution, and completion of school construction projects, ensuring that they meet quality standards, timelines, budgets, and regulatory requirements. This role involves collaborating with architects, contractors, vendors, school administrators, and local government entities to deliver safe, functional, and sustainable projects.

• Education:

o Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.

o Professional certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), LEED AP, or similar credentials are preferred.

• Experience:

o 1 to 3 years of experience of vertical project management experience.

o Experience with project budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.

Compensation Range:
$83,978.91 - $95,975.90
