Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a Medical Surgical / Telemetry setting as part of a float pool
• Float to all Med/Surg areas across the facility as needed
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement patient care plans
• Document all patient care activities accurately using EPIC EMR

Required Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Surgical / Telemetry nursing
• BLS certification required
• ACLS certification required
• Proficiency with EPIC EMR is required
• No time-off requests (RTO) can be accommodated during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior float pool experience in a high-acuity hospital environment
• Strong adaptability and ability to transition seamlessly across multiple Med/Surg units
• Experience with telemetry monitoring in an acute care setting
