Radiology Technologist

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Radiology Technologist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess the necessary licensure and certification, along with hands-on experience in performing radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations related to radiology.
• Conduct imaging procedures utilizing both mobile and stationary radiographic and fluoroscopic equipment.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and imaging documentation.
• Assist in the care of patients during imaging procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
• Coordinate with medical staff to ensure optimal patient workflow and communication.

Qualifications

• Active licensure and fluoroscopy permit as required by state regulations.
• Current BCLS certification (AHA).
• Minimum of one year of experience as a Radiology Technologist preferred.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Knowledge of anatomy and medical terminology.
• Graduate of a program accredited by JRCERT.

Personal Health Requirements

• COVID-19 vaccination required.
• MMR vaccination documentation required.
• Annual TB questionnaire and TB test results may be required.
• Documentation of Hepatitis B vaccination or declination required.
• Influenza vaccination documentation required during flu season.
• Fit Test certification may be required.
• Varicella vaccination documentation may be required.
• Tdap vaccination documentation may be required.

Professional Requirements

• Current Driver's License or State ID required.
• Social Security Card required for onboarding.
• Completion of a criminal background check is mandatory.
• Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) required.
