Job Description Family Medicine Advance Practice Provider (PA/NP) - FLEX CARE | Full‑Time | Kent Station | Kent, WA Valley Medical Center (VMC) is recruiting a full‑time Family Medicine Flex Care APP to join our Kent Station clinic within our collaborative network. About the Position Clinic Hours: 7:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. Schedule: Five 8‑hour days per week Provides same‑day access for in‑person and telehealth visits Converts MyChart messages to telehealth or in‑clinic visits Offers same‑day team or reschedule with provider when provider is out of the office Provides new patient “team” visit before establishing with Family Medicine Provider Performs Medicare Advantage Wellness Visits for clinic patients Helps manage inboxes Serves as “Provider of the Day” for urgent concerns (walk‑in patients) Qualifications Open to new graduates Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of WA and DEA with full prescriptive authority Salary & Benefits Base Salary: $130,000 – $145,000.
