• Design and fabricate tools, dies, and fixtures that match exact specifications and prints.
• Set up and run lathes, mills, and grinders to machine parts to precise tolerances.
• Inspect and test finished tooling and dies to validate quality standards.
• Partner with engineers and production personnel to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Service, repair, and extend the lifespan of existing tools and dies.
• Record work performed and materials consumed with accuracy.
• Maintain a safe, orderly workstation and adhere to all safety practices.

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in tool/die making preferred.
• Proven experience as a Tool Die Maker or similar precision machining role.
• Solid understanding of machining processes and tooling materials.
• Strong blueprint and technical drawing interpretation skills.
• Comfort with CAD software and related design tools.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Effective communication skills and a positive outlook.
