WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Caregiver, you will help residents maintain their dignity, independence, comfort, and quality of life by providing compassionate, hands-on assistance, companionship, and encouragement throughout the day. Responsibilities include: Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and personal care Support residents with mobility, transfers, and daily routines Provide companionship, encouragement, and meaningful interaction Assist residents during meals and throughout the day as needed Observe and report changes in residents' conditions Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment Complete assigned duties accurately and promptly Work closely with nurses, medication technicians, and fellow caregivers Help create a positive atmosphere where residents feel valued, respected, and loved Support residents in maintaining the highest level of independence possible
