The ideal candidate will own end-to-end delivery across multiple workstreams, ensuring alignment with business goals, client expectations, and regulatory standards—especially within BFSI environments.Key ResponsibilitiesDelivery OwnershipLead end-to-end delivery of technology programs across multiple applications/workstreamsPlan and track milestones, schedules, risks, dependencies, and outcomesEnsure delivery meets SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and quality benchmarksStakeholder & Client ManagementAct as primary point of contact for clients and senior stakeholdersProvide regular status updates, executive reporting, and escalation handlingBuild strong relationships across business, product, and engineering teamsTeam & Vendor ManagementManage distributed (onshore/offshore) teamsDrive productivity, utilization, and performanceOversee vendor/partner governance and performance reviewsAgile & Delivery ExecutionDrive Agile/SAFe/Hybrid delivery modelsLead sprint planning, release planning, and execution trackingEnsure best practices across SDLC, DevOps, and QAGovernance & Risk ManagementIdentify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependenciesEnsure compliance with security, audit, and regulatory standardsManage incident, problem, and change management processesOperations & SupportOversee production support and incident managementDrive RCA and continuous improvement initiativesEnsure platform stability and uptimeFinancial & Strategic OversightManage budgets, forecasts, and cost optimizationSupport roadmap planning and prioritizationLead transformation initiatives (cloud, automation, modernization)LeadershipMentor delivery leads, PMs, and technical leadsDrive continuous improvement and operational excellenceRequired Skills & CompetenciesDelivery LeadershipStrong experience in program/project/delivery managementExpertise in managing large-scale, multi-team programsExcellent communication, stakeholder, and negotiation skillsStrong client-facing experience (BFSI preferred)Technical KnowledgeUnderstanding of:Java, APIs, MicroservicesCloud platforms (AWS/Azure)DevOps, CI/CD pipelinesFamiliarity with:Integration architecturesInfrastructure and application lifecycleProcess & GovernanceAgile, Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall, Hybrid modelsSOW, SLA, KPI managementRisk, audit, and compliance frameworksITIL processes (incident/problem/change management)Preferred QualificationsBFSI / Capital Markets experienceExposure to cloud transformation & automationCertifications: PMP, SAFe, Scrum, ITILExperience10-20 yearsSkillsdelivery management
