Detail oriented

Rough framing and building wooden structures, including walls, roofs and flooring

Doing joinery work that includes installing joists and studs, installing flashing and securing structural supports

Familiar with current woodworking & construction methods-Must have a valid driver's license for a motor vehicle check

Some experience with Rough carpentry, Framing and siding, Finish, cabinets, door installation is a plus.

Ability to lift 75 lbs and stand for a protracted length of time.

Ability to operate a 19 foot scissor lift.

Ability to wear personal protective equipment is required (including but not limited to; steel toed shoes, gloves, safety glasses, hearing protection, hardhat, vest, etc.).
