Customer Service Representative

We Need You to Sweeten Our Team! Deerfields Bakery is looking for a detail oriented and hardworking customer service representative. Great customer service skills is a must. Our ideal employee will have a strong work ethic, positive attitude, friendly personality, and be able to balance a variety of tasks. You will be primarily at a desk but quite often interacting with retail and production staff which will require you to go up and down stairs multiple times a day. Computer skills are required (such as Excel, Word, emailing, scanning, saving photos and QuickBooks experience a plus). Customer Service Representative experience required. Key Responsibilities: Assist customers with their orders in-person, over the phone, and via email Provide recommendations and guidance on our vast selection of delicious baked goods Process payments and manage transactions efficiently and accurately Maintain a clean and organized workspace Work closely with our talented bakers and decorators for new designs and customized pricing Set up and conduct Wedding Tastings and Consultations Requirements: Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high-pressure setting A passion for providing exceptional service and making people smile Knowledge or interest in baked goods and desserts is a sweet bonus!
