We are seeking a Field Supervisor to support coordination and execution of crews, enforce safety, communicate field progress with main office, inspect work daily, and to help solve issues as they arise in the field.

Duties will include:

Supporting the field crews in daily field operations

Reviewing projects to make sure they are on track for deadlines

Act as a main link between crews and upper management

Monitor and verify job site progress

Communicate field issues, updates, risk, to upper management

Ensure all safety requirements are met

Working Conditions

You will be outdoors on an active construction site

Requirements

·       1-3 years telcom or construction experience

·       Ability to read construction prints

·       Working knowledge of computers/tablets

·       Valid driver’s license

·       Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions

·       Strong communication skills
