Licensing Senior Associate

Description: This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Licensing Senior Associate based in the United States. This role is central to ensuring healthcare providers can obtain and maintain the licenses needed to deliver care across the country. You will own and support end-to-end licensing operations for a growing network of dietitians, physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists. The position combines operational execution with process improvement, documentation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. You will help build scalable licensing workflows as the organization expands into new states and provider types. Your work will directly support providers while helping patients access high-quality, insurance-covered care without unnecessary delays. You’ll operate in a fast-moving, technology-enabled environment where ambiguity and continuous change are part of the work.
