Also, submit for rental vehicle reimbursement.Pay close attention to detail, accuracy and timeliness of claims to ensure the Service Department and Collision Center receive proper credit and monies due.Must be able to process Extended WarrantiesFollow-up and collect Service and Parts Accounts ReceivablesAssist in everyday service department operationsRequirements:Previous Experience as a Warranty Admin RequiredCurrent General Motors experience requiredExcellent communication and listening skills to resolve issues in a professional and tactful manner over the phone and in personStrong computer skillsExcellent organizational / sequencing skillsWorking knowledge of Service Department activities, methods, policies, and proceduresGeneral knowledge of product installation activities
