Saratoga Hot Springs Resort, nestled in the heart of Saratoga, WY, is seeking an enthusiastic Event Coordinator to help us create unforgettable experiences for our guests. What You'll Do
As our Event Coordinator, you'll play a key role in bringing events to life at Saratoga Hot Springs Resort. Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and organizing a variety of events, from corporate gatherings to private celebrations.
Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and ensure their vision is brought to life.
Coordinating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
Managing event timelines, budgets, and logistics to deliver exceptional results.
Providing on-site support during events to ensure everything runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who can hit the ground running and bring their expertise to our team. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
At least 1 year of experience in event planning, coordination, or a related field.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to juggle multiple events and deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
A creative mindset and problem-solving skills to adapt to challenges as they arise.
A passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
