Responsibilities

• Collaborate directly with the lead sales agent to help clients find their ideal homes.
• Conduct property tours for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas.
• Arrange access for inspections and other essential appointments.
• Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients narrow down their home options.
• Assist in drafting and negotiating offers alongside the sales agent and clients.
• Engage actively in team meetings and social gatherings.
• Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls for continuous growth.
• Utilize the PLACE Technology system to monitor and record tasks and activities.

• Maintains a consistently positive and energetic demeanor
• Comfortable with frequent and extended driving
• Skilled at understanding client needs and aligning them with suitable properties
• Eager to learn and grow within the industry
• Goal-driven with a demonstrated track record of success
• High school diploma required
• Possession of a valid TX real estate license is essential
• Experienced in preparing contracts with meticulous attention to detail
• Outstanding customer service abilities
• Must possess a keycard
• Dependable and punctual
• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively
