The Unemployment Claims Associate is responsible for supporting activities that enhance team performance, compliance, client satisfaction, and productivity. As a successful Unemployment Services Associate, you are committed to providing excellent customer experience and ensuring operational efficiency. This role is performing high volume Unemployment Services activities for a fast-growing team within a rapidly growing company.

• The Unemployment Services Associate is responsible for the administrative tasks that enable us to be successful: processing mail, organizing files, and broad support for the team located at multiple offices across the country.
• Responsible for timely entry of sensitive information to meet procedural deadlines.
• Provide excellent and informed customer service to both internal and external clients.
• Collaborate with the Unemployment Services team to improve employees' experience, participate in initiatives that enhance processes, and improve information and analytics.
• Organize and maintain filing systems.
• Create and update various tracking systems to provide increased organization and insight.
• May have ownership of a process or a portion of a process and will be expected to monitor functionality and success.
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma, some college preferred
• 0-2 years of work experience required.
