About the Role

The Company is seeking a Managing Partner for its TalentForge division, which is at the forefront of AI-native workforce applications. The successful candidate will be responsible for building the practice, nurturing client relationships, and driving the business with a focus on revenue, margin quality, and customer outcomes. This role is pivotal in the transition to a platform business model, where every client engagement contributes to the development of reusable patterns and platform capabilities. The Managing Partner will lead client interactions at the executive level, execute go-to-market strategies, and build a team of commercial transformation consultants and platform engineers. A key aspect of the role is to enforce the discipline of pattern harvesting and productization, ensuring that the business is not solely reliant on billable hours but is instead focused on creating a sustainable, recurring software revenue model. The ideal candidate will be a senior leader with a background in top-tier consulting or human capital practices, possessing deep domain authority in workforce strategy, talent, and organizational transformation. They should be adept at both selling and delivering transformation, with a proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Commercial fluency beyond the traditional consulting model is essential, as is the ability to engage with both CHROs and technologists. Experience in HR technology or talent intelligence platforms, as well as with regulated, governance-heavy environments, is a plus. The role demands a category thinker with executive presence, capable of shaping the AI Workforce Transformation narrative and representing the company with the CEO, board, analysts, and customer executives.
