Business Systems & CRM Manager

We are seeking a skilled System Administrator with expertise in Dynamics CRM to enhance our hybrid work environment. This role focuses on optimizing system performance and ensuring seamless application support, directly impacting user experience and operational efficiency. You will work collaboratively with various departments to manage system configurations and support users in their daily activities.
• Strong experience with Dynamics CRM, including configuration and customization
• Proficiency in supporting application performance and troubleshooting issues
• Ability to gather user requirements and translate them into system improvements
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools, particularly Power Automate and Power Apps
• Experience in user support and driving change management initiatives
