Role Description Primex Capital is looking for a Real Estate Financial Analyst to join our growing team. This is an excellent entry‑level opportunity to work directly under the COO and our CFO, with exposure to ownership and senior leadership. You’ll gain hands‑on experience analyzing and helping manage a real‑world national commercial real estate portfolio while learning every day in a fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environment. Responsibilities Cash flow analysis Financial modeling in Excel and ARGUS Enterprise Budgeting and forecasting Lease analysis Lender and investor reporting Other strategic projects Qualifications We’re looking for someone with strong commercial real estate finance skills, advanced Excel proficiency, ARGUS experience, exceptional attention to detail, and a strong desire to learn. Candidates with graduate‑level real estate education (such as NYU Schack, Columbia MSRED, or similar programs) and/or relevant commercial real estate experience are especially encouraged to apply.
