Set up, operate, and maintain CNC machines to produce high-quality parts according to specifications. Interpret and read technical drawings and blueprints. Perform regular inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure accuracy. Make necessary adjustments to tooling and machining parameters for optimal performance. Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines and report any issues to management. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean working environment. Collaborate with team members and engineers to optimize processes and improve overall efficiency. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in CNC machining preferred. Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, with expertise in operating CNC lathes and mills. Strong understanding of G-code programming and CNC machine setup. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Experience with precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong problem-solving abilities and mechanical aptitude. Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
