Our team is responsible for overseeing financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and reporting across multiple finance functions.What You Will Be DoingAs the Financial Management Sr you will be responsible for leading financial analysis, performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and delivering actionable recommendations to senior stakeholders.Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Consolidate financial results and produce reports for orders, sales, EBIT, cash, ROIC, and discretionary funding.Perform variance analysis, trend identification, and risk‑opportunity assessments to develop mitigation plans.Develop forward‑looking data analytics, visualizations, and forecasting models to guide strategy.Maintain compliance with FAR, CAS, SEC, and US GAAP policies and uphold internal controls.Provide subject‑matter expertise for proposal development, cost estimating, and negotiations.Why Join UsThe ideal candidate is a collaborative financial leader with deep expertise in FP&A, program finance, and accounting.
