You may review, modify, or update your information by visiting and logging into the careers section of the system.Job DescriptionAt Regions, the Business Unit Operations Specialist performs a variety of operational tasks within the line of business.Primary ResponsibilitiesReceives and reviews incoming work, contacting appropriate resources as neededReviews documentation for accuracyCompletes validation of documentation, reports, and/or systemsDocuments missing, incorrect, or incomplete documents and/or dataPerforms data entry and/or enters criteria into the appropriate systemsResolves customer or associate inquiries as necessary and communicates when applicablePrepares, edits, distributes, and/or corrects specialized and/or complex documents/reportsResearches and resolves related issues or requestsWorks under limited supervision following established guidelines and proceduresOffers advice and guidance to junior specialists on occasionThis position requires the tracking of time and is eligible for overtime hours worked in excess of 40 per week under the Fair Labor Standards Act.RequirementsHigh School Diploma or GEDTwo (2) years of related experienceSkills and CompetenciesAbility to learn additional systems as neededAbility to work in a team environment when applicableProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)Strong verbal, written communication, and organizational skillsStrong work ethic and self-motivationPosition TypeFull timeCompensation DetailsPay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions.
