Resumen del puesto El/la Asociado/a de Lavandería y Entrega cumple una función doble: conducir las vans de la empresa para recoger y entregar ropa a los clientes, y apoyar las operaciones dentro de la planta de lavandería. Este puesto es ideal para personas activas, trabajadoras en equipo y que se enorgullecen de hacer un trabajo de calidad. Funciones de Entrega Cargar, descargar y entregar ropa limpia o sucia utilizando una van de la empresa. Seguir las rutas programadas y asegurar entregas y recogidas puntuales. Representar a Wash Cycle Laundry de forma profesional y respetuosa frente a los clientes. Reportar retrasos, problemas con el vehículo o comentarios de clientes al supervisor. Funciones de lavandería Trabajar en equipo para procesar ropa: clasificar, lavar, secar, doblar y planchar según los estándares de calidad. Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada. Cumplir con los procedimientos de seguridad y las normas de operación de la empresa. Registrar el trabajo realizado en el sistema digital interno. Requisitos Licencia de conducir válida y buen historial de manejo. Experiencia conduciendo en entornos urbanos preferida. Capacidad para levantar hasta 40 libras (18 kg) y trabajar de pie durante turnos de 8 horas. Actitud positiva, confiable y con buenas habilidades de comunicación. Conocimientos básicos de uso de teléfono inteligente y computadora (sistemas de reloj de entrada, mapas, seguimiento). Se valora la capacidad conversacional en inglés, español o portugués.
