Sales Support Representative

We're seeking a Sales Support Representative to join a growing customer service team supporting customers across North America. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and technical aptitude who is looking for a long-term career path with opportunities for advancement.
What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Process and verify spare parts and repair orders
• Generate customer quotes and provide order status updates
• Maintain customer account information and records
• Handle order changes and communicate updates across departments
• Partner with Operations, Logistics, Accounting, and Technical Support teams
• Resolve customer issues and ensure timely follow-up
• Perform data entry and administrative tasks with a high degree of accuracy

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of customer service experience
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word
• Strong multitasking, organization, and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Call center experience
• Order entry, quoting, or parts-related experience
• ERP/CRM software experience
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree
• Automotive, manufacturing, aerospace, technical, or IT experience

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hoffman Estates, IL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
