What You’ll Do

As a BDC Sales Representative, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers — turning online inquiries into meaningful conversations and scheduled showroom appointments.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with customers quickly and professionally via phone, email, and text
Convert internet leads into qualified sales appointments
Build rapport and deliver an exceptional customer experience
Manage and track all customer interactions in our CRM system
Follow proven scripts and processes to maximize conversion rates
Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handoffs
Stay organized while handling a high volume of inbound and outbound communications
