This individual will act as a technical problem solver, architect, and mentor, helping drive development standards and decision-making across the team.This is a high-impact role where you will balance hands-on development (50%) with technical leadership (50%), helping guide junior developers, streamline processes, and build scalable solutions.ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain full stack applications across multiple platformsTake ownership of technical challenges and proactively drive solutionsBuild and design APIs, system integrations, and scalable architecturesLead code reviews, pull requests, and enforce development best practicesMentor and coach junior staff, providing guidance and code reviewHelp define technical roadmaps and break down work into actionable development tasksCollaborate with leadership to translate business needs into technical solutionsSupport both new feature development and ongoing maintenance of existing systemsContribute to modernizing legacy applications and migrating older systemsImprove efficiency by reducing unnecessary process overhead and enabling quicker decision-makingRequired Qualifications5+ years of experience in full stack software developmentStrong proficiency in C#/.NET and relational databases (SQL)Experience xhyhwjd building and consuming APIs and working across distributed systemsDemonstrated ability to independently solve complex technical problemsExperience contributing to architecture and system design decisionsAbility to balance hands-on coding with leadership responsibilitiesFamiliarity with containerization (Docker) and cloud environmentsExperience working with legacy systems and modernization efforts is a plusExposure to AI tools, LLMs, or developer productivity toolingPrior experience mentoring or leading developers
