Travel Ortho Registered Dental Assistant (RDA)

Castle Dental supported by Smile Brands is seeking a motivated and patient-focused Travel Ortho Registered Dental Assistant (RDA) to join our team in Austin! Monday- Friday 8am-5pm

Assist the doctor chairside during dental procedures

Prepare and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments

Take X-rays and maintain accurate patient records

Support smooth patient flow and provider efficiency

Educate patients and help create a comfortable office experience

Work collaboratively with clinical and front office teams

Travel between supported office locations as needed

Current TX RDA Certification

CPR

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Strong communication and customer service skills

Team-oriented mindset

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Passion for creating a welcoming and comfortable patient experience

$21-$23/hour offering a $1000 Sign on Bonus
