This role requires strong attention to detail, integrity, analytical thinking, and the ability to maintain accuracy while managing multiple priorities. The ideal candidate will have a solid accounting background, strong organizational skills, and a desire to grow into increased financial leadership responsibilities over time. Responsibilities Assist with daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable activities Support month‑end and year‑end closing processes Prepare and maintain financial reports and supporting documentation Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and general ledger accounts Assist with payroll processing and payroll reporting Monitor financial transactions for accuracy and compliance Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis activities Assist with cash flow tracking and reporting Maintain accounting records and ensure proper documentation Identify opportunities to improve accounting procedures and internal controls Assist with audits, tax preparation, and compliance reporting Work closely with company leadership to provide financial insights and operational support Maintain confidentiality of financial and employee information Qualifications Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred Previous accounting, bookkeeping, assistant controller, accounting manager, or financial administration experience preferred Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities High level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team What Makes You Successful You take pride in accuracy and organization.
