Overview Position: Pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant - COTA Location: St Charles, IL Schedule: Full Time Compensation: $24.00-29.00 per hour Incentives: $5,000 Bonus and Student Debt Benefit Program RUSH Kids Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our fun, collaborative, multi-disciplinary team! We evaluate and treat a variety of pediatric patients with diagnoses ranging from sensory processing, emotional regulation, developmental delay, cerebral palsy, genetic disorders, autism spectrum disorders, feeding disorders, visual motor deficits and more. Education: Teach patients new ways of approaching tasks and how to break down activities into achievable components. High Standard of Care: Maintain professional standards through compliance with quality assurance policies/procedures and applicable regulations and corporate policies Personalized Treatment: Under the direction of a licensed occupational therapist, optimize patients’ functional abilities and skills.
