Ready to practice at the top of your license while gaining hands-on trauma and surgical experience? Atrium Health Floyd/Harbin is seeking a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our growing Trauma & Emergency General Surgery team in beautiful Rome, Georgia .

This is an incredible opportunity for both experienced APPs and motivated new graduates looking to break into trauma surgery with strong physician mentorship, real autonomy, and a highly collaborative culture.

• Inpatient Trauma & Emergency General Surgery coverage

What You'll Do As part of the Trauma Surgery APP team:

• Respond to Level I & Level II trauma activations

• Round daily with the surgical team

• Manage inpatient trauma and emergency general surgery patients

• Complete consults, admissions, and progress notes

• Perform bedside procedures including:

- Chest tubes

- FAST exams

- Additional trauma-related procedures

• Participate in weekly trauma clinic coverage

• Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and multidisciplinary teams
