• Prefer Tue - Thu, 7 am - 5 pm clinic hours with pager call
• 12 - 14 patients per day
• Outpatient clinic setting
• Adults only -- internal medicine or FM adult only
• Women's health experience required
• Experience in skilled nursing, long-term care, and post-acute medicine
• Geriatric and medically complex patient experience strongly preferred
• Hospital privileges required
