Superintendent

J-Corp Development is seeking a Commercial / Multifamily Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on projects throughout the Wasatch Front. This role is ideal for an experienced field leader who can take ownership of a project, coordinate subcontractors, maintain schedule and quality, and work closely with the Project Manager to keep construction moving.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily jobsite operations and subcontractor coordination
• Maintain project schedule and short-term look-ahead planning
• Coordinate inspections, deliveries, manpower, and site logistics
• Review plans and identify field conflicts before they impact construction
• Maintain quality control, safety, and jobsite organization
• Communicate progress, issues, and upcoming needs with the Project Manager
• Lead subcontractor/site meetings and drive accountability
• Complete daily reporting and project documentation

Ideal Candidate

Commercial or multifamily construction experience with strong field knowledge, communication skills, organization, and the ability to independently run a project from mobilization through closeout. xhyhwjd Comfortable working in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and other construction management tools
