Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited institution.
• Successful completion of a Family Medicine residency program accredited by ACGME.

Certifications

• Board Certification in Family Medicine.
• Possession of an active Texas medical license or eligibility for one.
• Preferred certification in BLS and ACLS.
