Join us if you’re looking for an energized work environment with substantial opportunity for career advancement.In the role of Healthcare Project Manager, we will look for you to:Function as the primary point of contact between HDR, the client, and consultant teamParticipate in interviews, marketing, and development of proposals, including feesParticipate in client and regulatory agency meetingsManage the project team through the design processUnderstand contracts and contract execution through CA servicesProvide oversight of project execution per the agreed upon deliverablesDevelop and maintain the project scheduleAssist with design to translate client requirements to design criteriaHelp to integrate the design and technical aspects of the projectDevelop staff assignments in coordination with the Project ArchitectTrack project financial performance and write additional service requestsPerform QA/QC reviews and coordinate with HDR’s QA/QC DirectorManage and mentor staff to assist them in achieving their professional career goalsWilling to travel on a semi-regular basis to project sitesPreferred Qualifications Experience and/or interest in sustainable design/LEED PMP certificationQualificationsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture 7 years related experience A minimum 2 years project management Registered Architect Must be able to lead a team on projects Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Project) Good planning and mentoring skills An attitude and commitment to being an active participant of our employee-owned culture is a mustWhat We BelieveHDR is our company.
