HVAC Helper - Apprentice HVAC Tech

Generate installation sales leads and foster maintenance agreements. Work a flexible yet stable schedule with consistent work‑life balance. Requirements Solid technical aptitude and basic HVAC knowledge. Physical capability to lift up to 75 pounds, work at heights, and in tight crawl spaces. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Strong mechanical aptitude encouraged; EPA certification preferred; NATE certification is a plus but not required.
