Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Opportunity: CRNA - Anesthesia CRNA Job Details: Cover shifts at two small community hospital locations offering outpatient surgeries, endoscopy, and short overnight stays depending on patient conditions Handle mostly ASA 1-3 cases with most patients discharged day of surgery Shift times vary by location: 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM and 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM at one site; 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM, and 7:00 AM - 11:00 PM at the other site Weekend in-house 24-hour shifts available (7:00 AM - 7:00 AM), regularly scheduled and not on-call Daily patient volume averages 10-20 cases Monday through Thursday CRNAs are supervised by 1 MD per day with up to a 1:5 ratio Must be willing to cover both sites and be flexible with shift times, as scheduling needs are confirmed the day prior by surgical and anesthesia staff Must be NBCRNA Board Certified with a minimum of 2 years of experience Must be proficient in spinal and OB anesthesia, as well as standard bread and butter cases Facility utilizes Meditech, Medaxion, PODS, and QGenda scheduling application Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius from the facility Facility: This healthcare organization operates two small community hospital facilities providing outpatient surgical services, endoscopy procedures, and anesthesia care.
